Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gental technique that utilizes four basic strokes. This technique helps to stimulat the Lymphatic system by encouraging lymph formation and mobilization of lymph movement through out the body. It is said to have an analgesic effect which promotes pain control. MLD also has been proven to have a fibronolytic effect on skin tissue.


MLD has been found beneficial for the following conditions:

  • Fibromyalgia

  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

  • Migraine Headaches

  • Cellulite-Lipedema

  • Post-traumatic injury
